Why Feytom exists

Sourcing securement supplies is harder than it should be. Listings leave out the grade. Sizes are vague. Quantities are unclear until someone calls you back. Feytom exists to make dependable cargo-securement and industrial products easier for United States transportation, warehouse and material-handling operators to source and understand.

How we work

We publish what we can confirm, and we show where each figure came from. Dimensions, material, grade and packaging are observable on the product itself. Where a product is made to a published standard, we publish that standard's figures and name it. Where the only source is Feytom's own packaging or item list, we publish that and say so. Figures that would need a test certificate for the batch you receive are not published until we hold one — even when a competitor would print them.

That is a deliberate trade. It means our pages sometimes say less than others, and that a number here always comes with its basis. It also means what they say can be relied on.

What we do not claim

• We do not present a figure as our own measurement when it came from a document. Every load limit on this site names its source on the same line as the number.
• We publish a breaking force only where a named standards body publishes one for that product. The webbing and the rope have none, so neither shows a strength figure of any kind.
• We do not present a standard's minimum as a measurement of the item you receive. We hold no batch test certificates.
• We do not read a rating off a stamped marking. Where a marking has a load meaning, it is because Feytom has stated one in writing, and the page says so.
• We do not claim approval by any authority, only what a product is marked for.
• We do not promise delivery timescales we have not committed to.
• We do not manufacture the products we supply.
